Returns and refunds

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return non perishable items after receiving them. Provided they are unopened/used.

 

You must request a return label from us by email hello@bedmal.co.uk within the 14 day period and we must then receive them back within 14 days of this date.

Costs of postage or collection, is to be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.

 

REFUNDS

Within 14 days of receiving goods back in an acceptable state or due to a valid cancellation in-line with the terms and conditions.
